About MyTagTV
This site shows you all videos mentioned in tweets from Twitter. Supported are videos from YouTube, Vimeo and TwitVid. You only need to place a video link in the tweet and off you go! MyTagTV recognizes it within just two minutes, extracts the video url, all tags and mentions, detects the language in which it was tweeted and stores everything for you to see it on this website. Just use the filters and search functionality to find all kinds of videos that went viral/are trending.

Who made this?
This site was created by just one person, Rob Berentsen, who created it in his rare spare time ;) ... It took me over one and a half year to get towards where it is now, since I'm not a core programmer by occupation. Techniques used are Twitter Streaming API, YouTube/Vimeo/TwitVid APIs, PHP, MySQL 5.x, Memcache, Apache2, advanced caching, HMTL and JQuery.
